Construction of a multi-purpose cultural and convention centre which includes a main Auditorium with 915 tiered retractable seats, full stage, orchestra pit, backstage, dressing rooms, loading dock, a 192 seat studio theatrette, two music rooms, two conference rooms, main foyer, front of house facilities, kitchen, offices and amenities, carparking areas, landscaping.
